BEGINNER
For those who are relatively new to strength training and want to focus on the basics. Strength Training is the closest thing to the fountain of youth so let's build some muscle, drop some body fat and hit your goals!


ADVANCED
The Advanced Program is for those who are a little more familiar with strength training and are ready to really ramp things up to the next level! More complex movements with that will ramp your metabolism into the next gear!
ELITE
The Elite Program is for those who are just that - those who are striving to be the best of the best! Everything that the Advanced Program has and then some, including an extra day geared toward stabilization, mobility and recovery.

WEEKLY WORKOUTS
In the Beginner and Advanced Programs you'll have 3 strength training workouts as well as 2 cardio workouts to complete each week. The Elite Program will also have an extra day geared toward stability, mobility and recovery movements to help you perform at your best.
SAMPLE VAUGHN PERFORMANCE MEAL PLAN
As a part of ALL the 6-Week Shred Programs, you'll get a sample meal plan with a full week breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to fuel your body properly and help you recover adequately using a high protein diet.
PRIVATE GROUP CHAT
Each Program will automatically join you to a 6-Week Shred group chat in the app where you can share victories and get motivation from others completing the program along side you!
CHOOSE YOUR SHRED LEVEL
